This is Sgt. Barkley of Scotland Yard here to share with you some of my all time favorite recipes for that royal king of appetizers, the crostini.
Barkley's #1
This crostino is a special favorite of mine.
Baguette rounds (can be fresh or stale depending on how crunchy you want the crostini)
Fresh mozzarella cheese
Sundried tomato
Sweet Basil
You don't even 'ave to grill the bread on this one to make it. That's what I call convenient.
And if you don't enjoy these crostinis then just leave your unfinished tray in front of your door and I'll take care of 'em for you.
